Somedia begins by meeting with you in 2 sessions The first is SoDISCOVERY in which we ask and answer a myriad of questions around your brand and current strategies. It’s important for us to know and understand your brand (look, feel, voice), your business goals (both short- and long-term), your customers and their influencers, and what matters to them. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have all of the answers.After that Discovery Meeting, the Somedia team convenes to research and strategize, creating a formal social media strategy.
The second session is SoRECOMMENDATIONS. This is when we present our recommended strategy for your brand.We’ll tell you all about where you should be engaging customers (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, smaller niche communities, forums, etc.), what types of content to post, when to post, who to connect and build relationships with, what to blog about and how often. Finally, we present the plan for what to do with all of these things to drive traffic back to your site.
At the end of the SoRECOMMENDATIONS session, we make a few decisions together. Mainly: what are our next steps?
When a new client engages Somedia in social media management services, we REALLY DO handle all aspects. We’ll create and post original, branded content. We’ll share relevant content from non-competitive sources. We’ll monitor your online reputation — and we’ll produce your blogs. Beyond that, we’ll listen for opportunities to engage qualified customers in their existing conversations – in a natural and “non-salesy” way. You are in control the entire time. All you have to do is commit to regular meetings with us, so that we can remain updated on what is happening in YOUR business, on the ground, every day.
